My Brother is the Best!

I love my older brother. Taylor is the best. As much as he may hate being in a family of all girls, I love that he is my only brother! Maybe it's because I'm the most athletic and like more of the "boy stuff" than any of the other girls, so I get more of the attention from him. Ok, so I'm selfish!! But still, I love it.

Tay called me this morning, and told me to go look at a link that he had sent me. It was for a t-shirt, and he asked me if I liked it. I died laughing, it was awesome!! "Good, because I just got it for you. Yes, it's inappropriate, and you don't ever have to wear it...but I thought you would love it anyways." Needless to say, I do! It relates to The Office, so why wouldn't I not like it?! Here's the design of the shirt:

I'm excited! So funny! I'm definitely going to have to be choosy of when and where I decide to wear it, but I for sure will. I love my brother and that he would get me a random gift! He's so nice. You're the greatest, Tay!!!

The Office Calendar:
Feb. 21st/22nd: "I can't do this. I can't be with you. Every time I look in your eyes I see Sprinkles's stiff, lifeless body."-Angela "Then don't look in my eyes. Look right here [at my forehead]. It's an old sales trick."-Dwight
Feb. 23rd: "It's like she only wants to hook up when Ryan comes around. It's gotten to the point where I get excited every time that little dude walks through the door." -Darryl, on Kelly
Feb. 24th: "Inspirational. What did we learn? Well, we have learned that you can't teach an old dog new tricks. Because it is illegal, and you will go to jail." -Michael
Feb. 25th: "I'm not saying I had a meteoric rise. But I did. And if they knew how much I was paying for my haircut now, they wouldn't be giving me a noogie. It was two hundred dollars." -Ryan
Feb. 26th: "Spend your whole life trying to get people to like you and then you run over one person with your car. And it's not even one of the popular ones, and everybody gets on your case. Doesn't make any sense. God is dead." -Michael
Feb. 27th: "Pam and Jim are together. Ryan is visiting. Only thing that could make this day any better is ice cream." -Michael
Feb. 28th/29th: "I find the mystery genre disgusting. I hate being titillated." -Angela

Airheads anyone??

Tay's birthday was this last week. We definitely had a lot of fun with it!! To preface it: Last year, AD sent Tay a card for his birthday, with an airhead in it. She put one stamp on it and sent it to him. Apparently there wasn't enough postage, but instead of just returning it to the sender, they for some reason still sent it on to him. He got a note in his box saying he had something at the post office that he needed to pick up and pay for. He spent forever waiting at the post office, during a day when he was trying to take tests, only to get a little card with an airhead in it, that he had to pay for!! Hilarious!!!!

This year AD and I got Taylor an Xbox360 game that he had been talking about wanting to get a month before. We got a card and put some lunch money in it for him, and then we sent a baggie full of airheads in the package along with the game. We thought we were pretty funny. Then I was telling Auntie Cal about it, and she came up with the bright idea of sending him individual cards with airheads in it as well. So I recruited a ton of people to do it. Altogether we sent airheads from 20 people (plus 2 dogs)! He's still waiting on some of them. I especially loved Kevin Christie sending Tay his letter with just the Airhead wrapper! 5-year-olds are the funniest!

Anyways, I thought it was hilarious. I don't feel bad about being annoying, since I got him a legit present too. It's really nice to finally be able to get presents for my close friends and family.

Happy birthday big brother!! You're the bestest!

The Office Calendar:
Feb. 14th/15th: "I'm gonna propose tonight. Holy crap." -Jim
Feb. 16th: "Mom, I gotta go; one of my friends is getting beaten up by some girls!" -Michael, at a New York City nightclub
Feb. 17th: "Jim Halpert is off the market. Guess who just became the best-looking single guy in the office?" -Andy
Feb. 18th: "Gift baskets are amazing, Phyllis. Gift baskets are the essence of class and fanciness. They are the ultimate present that a person can receive." -Michael
Feb. 19th: Dwight - "Hey, why did you do it?"; Michael - "It was an accident."; Dwight - "Was she talking back? . . . Got sick of that face? Did she owe you money? Uh-oh, is this downsizing? Did she spurn your advances?"
Feb. 20th: "Hey, Pam, by the way, it's great that you're dating, but when a new client calls, you have to just randomly assign them to a salesperson. You can't base who gets new clients on who you're sleeping with that week, okay?" -Phyllis

The Last Two Weeks of My Life

I'm sorry that I'm such a blog post slacker! I have been playing way too much the last couple weeks. I haven't gotten a decent amount of sleep in forever. Instead of just going to bed super early right now, I'm giving an update so that Taylor will quit getting mad at me that I don't blog. Sorry brother!

Here's what I've been up to:

Partying it up at Becky's Asian party.
Awesome people, awesome food, finished up by watching Shoalin Soccer. Most random/weird/funny movie I've ever watched. I probably would've hated it in a normal situation, but watching it with a bunch of people just made it really funny.

Our Elders Quorum put together A Night in Paris for all the sisters.
It was fantastic! They spent so much time on it. The decorations were amazing, the food was fantastic, and the entertainment was absolutely hilarious!

Played a real game of basketball, for the first time in a while, with Becky and Alicia's ward. Actually, I ended up playing against them because I played for the other team since they were short handed. It was a ton of fun! And it was especially fun because I had a really good game!

Wii Party/Game Night at my apartment.
(Lenny and Becky)
Of course we played Guitar Hero

(Erika and Annie)
Played some card games. They were playing the boring, regular Uno.

(Alicia and Becky)
A party is never complete without the junk food.

I've been having a total blast. My friends are awesome and always entertaining! And now it's a holiday weekend and I get a day off of work. All I need now is to start catching up on my sleep!

The Office Calendar:
Feb. 4th: "I'm petrified of nipple chafing. Once it starts, it is a vicious cycle. You have sensitive nipples . . . they chafe, so they become more sensitive, so they chafe more. So, I take precautions." -Andy
Feb. 5th: "Here we go. Everyone, this is a day that will live in infamy. 'Cause today is the day that Jim and Pam become one. . . . I love you guys so much." -Michael
Feb. 6th: "In the last year we have lost seven clients to the big chains. These gift baskets are our ticket back into their lives. We are going to show up at these businesses unannounced, and we are going to win them back." -Michael
Feb. 7th/8th: "Agritourism is a lot more than a bed and breakfast. It consists of tourists coming to the farm, showing them around, giving them a bed, giving them breakfast." -Dwight
Feb. 9th: "When I came home, Sprinkle's body was in the freezer, where Dwight said he left her. BUt all my bags of frozen French fries had ben clawed to shreds. . . . Something's not right. The vet's doing an autopsy." -Angela
Feb. 10th: "Guess what? I have flaws. What are they? Oh, I don't know. I sing in the shower, sometimes I spend too much time volunteering; occasionally I'll hit somebody with my car. So sue me. No, don't sue me. That's the opposite of the point that I am trying to make." -Michael
Feb. 11th: "I have been involved in a number of cults—both as a leader and a follower. You have more fun as a follower. But you make more money as a leader." -Creed
Feb. 12th: "Who is this old far? Did you just stagger off of the street? Out of a box or something? Who's this worthless bag of bones? Well, this guy is none other than one of the founders of Dunder Mifflin, Mr. Robert Dunder." -Michael
Feb. 13th: "Man, what a day, huh? How can it get any worse? The computer crashes with the porn, and then Meredith with the accident, and then Pringles. God. That's three things. I'll tell you what's going on. This office is cursed and we need to do something about it." -Michael.

25 Random things about The Mogster

I really hate conforming to all the notes and things that get passed along on Facebook and what not. I try to avoid them at all costs. However, dear LeLe has a way of convincing someone to do anything. So to make her happy, I quit fighting it and posted the 25 things about me on Facebook. Here it is for those who don't have Facebook:

Here are my 25 random things! The only reason I filled this out was to appease Leah. If I tagged you, it's not because I expect you to do one yourself, cause I don't. I just figured y'all would want to read it.

1. I constantly use paper towels and Clorox wipes. I am completely grossed out by washcloths because they get all smelly and nasty in such a short amount of time.

2. I have a 10 inch scar down the back of my left arm, with a metal plate and 11 screws in it, from one really fun day snowboarding! I stay away from rails now...

3. As a kid I was extremely afraid of balloons. I cried when my mom tried to make me have one tied around my chair for my birthday party. I think it was because I was scared every one of them would pop. And I didn't like the noise!!

4. My dream job is to be the person that sits on a chair down the foul lines at Major League Baseball games, and chase down foul balls. Talk about best seat in the house and being a part of the action!! [Insert Auntie Cal making fun of me and my obsession here]

5. I have a large dent on my right leg, just above the knee. This came courtesy of a teeter-totter in 1991, when we were on vacation with the Leishman's in Pulau Pelangi (which is part of 1000 Islands in Indonesia). Becky Leishman and some other person were on the teeter-totter, and I was mad that I wasn't on it, so when Becky's side of the teeter-totter was up, I went under and tried to hold it up so they couldn't move anymore. 7-year-old girls aren't very strong, so I buckled as it started pushing me down, and it crushed down onto my leg. There's been a dent ever since.

6. Growing up I never understood my mom's need to drink a Diet Coke every day. Thanks to her, and dearest little sister Lauren, I am now an addict.

7. My vacations have been the most eventful in my family: (1.) My hair being completely dyed green in India after celebrating Holi with lots and lots of dyed water! (2.) Breaking half of my front tooth off on a playground slide in Spain [with help from Tay, who came down the slide and knocked my feet out from under me as I was trying to go up the slide] (3.) Busting my chin open at the bottom of a water slide in France (4.) Crushing my leg under the teeter-totter in Indonesia

8. I HATE spiders!! I have no qualms about killing every one I see.

9. I used to eat fish all the time. In Singapore, our maid Liwayway constantly made fish for us. In Scotland I ate fish and chips (fries) all the time. I now hate all seafood. Recently I tried some of AD's salmon to see if maybe I had grown up and liked things differently. I about barfed! It's still nasty to me.

10. I have constantly chewed ice for at least the last 13 years. I drive people crazy, but I can't help it.

11. My mom would always get my hair permed when we lived in Singapore (ages 4-8 for me). Not only was it permed, but I had a fro. She claims that I liked it, but there's no way!! I vividly recall always being ticked about it. Especially when they would tell me I couldn't get my hair wet for 2 days after. Don't tell a little kid they're not allowed to swim for 2 days!

12. I can successfully tow a big boat trailer and back it up down the launch while my dad or brother get the boat into the water. I don't think there are many girls who can do that. In fact, it's really funny to watch the men who have serious issues backing boat/jetski trailers up! Weenies!

13. I hate the ocean! I even have a really hard time with lakes. I think I've watched too many Jaws movies, and other movies where creatures of the water attack you!! I absolutely LOVE going tubing and wakeboarding, but that 30 seconds of just floating in the water every time after you fall and are waiting for the boat to circle back around really kills me!

14. I can change my own oil in my car. Sometimes I'm lazy and pay for someone else to do it, but I can do it on my own. I've also replaced the alternator in two of my cars before, by myself. AutoZone is my friend.

15. I managed to get into a coed basketball class my very fist semester at BYU. The teacher was an assistant couch for the BYU woman's basketball team. He told me to come try out for walk-ons when they had them later on in the semester. I never did, because I didn't think I was in shape or good enough, and too short for my position at the college level. I've always regretted it. Instead, I'm now still a mediocre wannabe.

16. I am the biggest baby and can't watch scary movies. No joke, you'd probably laugh at what I movies I find scary.

17. My sleeping habits are completely screwed up. There are some times where I will sleep through anything. But most of the time I wake up to any little, simple sound. It takes me forever to fall asleep at night, no matter how late or tired I am. About 97% of the time it takes me 30 minutes or more before I'll finally fall asleep. And if I have to wake up to an alarm, I'm going to be tired. Even if I just got 9 hours of sleep. And yes, I realize it's all psychological!

18. I own 3 snowboards, and I'm not even that good. (Recall random thing #2)

19. I lived in Texas for 14 years of my life. Now that "home" is Oklahoma, I don't miss Texas one bit! (Just certain people in Texas). I don't have any of that "Texas Pride", which is a little out of control for some people!

20. I caught a wicked, line-drive foul ball down the right field line at a Houston Astros game the summer before my senior year of high school. I have that ball (which to anyone else is just a dirty baseball) displayed with my personalized Nolan Ryan signed baseball that my awesome father got for me!!!

21. I have traveled more than most families have ever traveled in their lives, put together. By the time my family moved back to the US, when I was 12, my siblings and I were each a platinum flier (100,000 + miles) on United and Continental airlines. The 30 hours it took to get from Singapore to Grandma and Grandpa's house in Provo was always fun!

22. I delete people as my friends on Facebook a lot. I get bugged when I see stories about them on my News Feed, when I really could care less because we don't talk anymore anyways (wow, I'm such a jerk...). Then there's some I delete because I follow up with them more on their blogs. I participate in "The Purge" every once in a while and delete tons of people! So if you're facebook friends with me, it means you're special and that we really are friends.

23. I have a solid red hoodie that says "Lady Cougars" on it that's from my high school. I absolutely love wearing it here in Utah and confusing the crap out of Univ. of Utah and BYU fans. Almost every time I wear it out in public someone asks me about it. Or I see those who won't say anything but are staring hard trying to figure out what is going on!! I love it! I should keep a tally of how many times people ask me about it.

24. I can pick up just about any sport and be pretty good at it within a very short amount of time. If only I had work ethic and practiced... I would have developed some pretty mad skills!!

25. I still get my mom's help in everything. She helped me with this list! :) Hey, give me a break, I wanted to put things down from when I was a little kid, but I don't quite remember all the details of those years....and Mom does!

Alright Leah, I hope you're extremely happy.

Reunited and It Feels So Good

Erika and I finally called up some people to come over and play some World Tour this weekend. I definitely miss my original band mates (Tay and Dylan on the guitar and bass, with Kenny on the vocals), but it was nice to have enough people for a full band again. We got in a quality 2 ½ hours worth of play time. It was a blast!

The Office last night after the Superbowl was awesome!! My coworker, Kurt, and I had a very productive day today sending IMs back and forth quoting the office. He then informed me that Hulu.com has all of the deleted scenes from every episode. I remember watching those from the Seasons 1-4 DVDs, but of course, I haven't seen anything from this season. WOW!! Talk about hilarious!! I'm so obsessed. This is for all my other Office loving friends/family!! I know there's a lot, but you have to at least watch the first half...so flippin' hilarious!! (Some of them are the full clips, a bunch are just part of the deleted scenes.)

The Office Calendar:
Jan. 22nd: "One day Michael came in complaining of a speed bump on the highway . . . I wonder who he ran over then?" -Jim
Jan. 23rd: "Yeah, Ryan snapped at me. But, there was this twinkle in his eye that I picked up on, which said, 'Dude, we're friends. I'm doing this for appearances. I am the big boss now and I have to seem like an ogre. But you know me, and you trust me, and we like each other, and we'll always be friends, and I would never take you for granted in a million years, and I miss you man, and I love you.' His words." -Michael
Jan. 24th/25th: "Check to see if she's faking. If a car hit me, it wouldn't crack my pelvis. You know what? I bet she cracked it at home and jumped in front of the car to get some workers comp." -Dwight
Jan. 26th: "The bar uses an applause meter. That's why it's so important that you all come and applaud only for my band—Scrantonicity Two, not Scrantonicity, which I am no longer a part of." -Kevin
Jan. 27th: "I just love sales. I love it to death, it's as simple as that. And I don't get to do enough of it as a manager, so I took this second job, kind of as a hobby. Some people have golf, or relaxing." -Michael
Jan. 28th: "People keep calling me a wunderkind. I don't even know what that means. I mean, I know what it means. It means you're very successful for your age, so I guess it makes sense but . . . it's a weird word." -Ryan
Jan. 29th: "It's a feral barn cat. I trapped it last night and I am giving it to you as a replacement cat for the one I destroyed." -Dwight, to Angela
Jan. 30th: "Oh well. If they're not together now, then they probably never will be. I thought they'd be good together like P. B. & J. Pam Beesley and Jim. What a waste. What a waste." -Kevin
Jan. 31st/Feb 1st: "I have been compared to a young Paul Newman. It's the eyes, and the face, I guess. Also, I make my own salad dressing. I mix Newman's Italian with Newman's Ranch. I seel it at flea markets for a small loss. I could make a profit if I changed one of the ingredients to Wishbone, but I won't do it." -Michael
Feb. 2nd: "When I'm at home at night in my own house in my sweats drinking some red wine and watching my mystery stores, the last things in the whole God-forsaken world I wanna hear is the voice of Michael Scott." -Stanley
Feb. 3rd: Dwight: "It's only Meredith."
Michael: "Yeah, it's only Meredith, thank God, but did you see the way they looked at me? Like I was a murderer or something."

No more motivation....

I've gotten back into a reading phase right now. Well, just reading a certain series. I tend to do that. Anyways, this time, it's the Tennis Shoes Adventure Series, by Chris Heimerdinger.
I know, I'm 24, but still I enjoy them. I saw them sitting on the shelves over Christmas at home. Every time we went on a road trip to drive to Utah or somewhere for our family vacations, we would listen to the cassette tapes in the car. Every time we'd start at the beginning. I'd ocassionally continue listening to them after coming home, but I realized I never finished them all. Since then I've discovered that there are now 10 books in the series, and I think he's still writing more. Anyways, so I read the first 2 books the last four days that I was in Oklahoma over Christmas. One of my roommates has the rest of the books (almost). So now I'm halfway through the 5th book. It takes me a little longer now that I have to work 8 hours a day and actually go to bed at a decent hour so I don't die. But anyways, that has what has consumed most of my time now.

So now I don't have the motivation to go through all the pictures from Christmas. I put some of them up on Facebook, and I think that's about all I'll do with them for now. For those of you that haven't seen them yet, and would like to, here's the links to my albums:

Christmas Vacation - Part 1
http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=2236302&l=da0b0&id=17803195

Christmas Vacation - Part 2

Visit to the Children's Museum and OKC Zoo
http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=2236372&l=43b92&id=17803195

Needless to say, the vacation was a total blast!! It's totally worth it to save up all your vacation time for a really long time to get that nice long break. Hopefully I'll be able to go home for a week this summer to get in some quality boating time with the fam (and Christies). Enjoy the pictures!

The Office Calendar:
Jan 9th: "You're over forty. That's the cut-off. Are you listening to what he's saying? Retraining, new system, youth. I'm telling you, this kid is the grim reaper. You deal with this, or you, me, Sammy, Phyllis, the chick you hit with the car—we're goners." -Creed, to Michael
Jan 10th/11th: "Yes, money has been a little bit tight lately. But, at the end of my life, when I'm sitting on my yacht, am I going to be thinking about how much money I have? No. I'm going to be thinking about how many friends that I have. And my children. And my comedy albums. I mean, I have a yacht so I obviously did pretty well money-wise." -Michael
Jan 12th: "I sign up for Second Life about a year ago. Back then, my life was so great that I literally wanted a second one. In my Second Life, I was also a paper salesman and I was also named Dwight. Absolutely everything was the same, except I could fly." -Dwight
Jan 13th: "Ryan took some of the branch managers and Toby into the woods, for a kind of "get-to-know-you" weekend. Michael wasn't invited. Apparently, they already knew everything they needed to know about him." -Pam
Jan 14th: "Okay, well I did not get the job in New York. But, I got the real prize. Domestic bliss. Jan made me breakfast this morning. Well, she bought the milk. It's soy." -Michael
Jan 15th: "Ryan wants everything in our company to be about e-mails and IM's. But I think he is forgetting about the original instant message: letters attached to baskets of food." -Michael
Jan 16th: "As a farmer, I know that when an animal is sick, sometimes the right thing to do is put it out of its misery. With the electricity we're using to keep Meredith alive, we could power a small fan for two days. You tell me what's unethical." -Dwight
Jan 17th/18th: "Are you kidding me? Pam and Jim are totally hooking up. All they do is smile. They're just keeping it a secret. Right?" -Kevin
Jan 19th: "I've always wanted to be in the witness protection program. Fresh start—no debts, no baggage. I've already got my name picked out. Lord Rupert Everton. I'm a shipping merchant who raises fancy dogs. That's the life." -Michael
Jan 20th: "I love my employees even though I hit one of you with my car. For which I take full responsibility. Look, I'm just trying to take everybody's mind off this unavoidable tragedy and on to more positive things. So, I thought we should plant a tree." -Michael
Jan 21st: "This is Sprinkles. She was my best friend. I kept her going through countless ailments. I asked Dwight Schrute to feed her once and she is now deceased." -Angela

Results of "The List"

Before I went home, I made a list of everything I was looking forward to doing while at home for Christmas. This is how it panned out...

· everyone in my family being there for the full two weeks
Check.
· the Christies coming
Check.
· watching Elf (especially with Dylan and Derek) over and over again
Semi-Check. I guess some things do eventually die down. We put it on Christmas Eve night as we were all in bed getting ready for Santa to come. Everybody fell asleep and we didn't get through the whole movie. Surprisingly, that was the only time it was on.
· watching Polar Express with Kevin and Cade
Check. However, Kevin wasn't awake when we watched it.
· going out to eat Indian food
Check. Gotta go with the buffet so you can get a little of everything!

Tay licked his plate clean:

Gpa's Cadillac comes in handy!:

· having unlimited amounts of Blue Bell ice cream
Semi-check. There was some Blue Bell there, but we didn't go buy a ton like I thought I would do. In fact, I only ate ice cream maybe 2 or 3 times. Kinda weird, but I guess that's a good thing!
· a completely stocked fridge full of soda/drinks
Check. Since it was cold enough outside and in the garage, we didn't have to put it all in the fridge:

· mattress surfing (assuming we can solve the problem of not having a twin mattress in the house anymore)
CHECK!! Kenny and Leah went out and found us a mattress the morning that they were leaving to go back to Houston. Needless to say, Mattress Surfing Dream Killer (Mom) wasn't too ecstatic. But everyone else was thrilled.

Now Dad can always fill his guilty pleasure when he thinks no one is around!:

· hot-tubbing
Check. No snow to go along this time. But still fun.

And daring each other to jump into the 41° pool was fun. Your body kinda seized up when you jumped into it, so you had to be not far from the edge to get out quick! The tingling sensation after you jumped into the 100° hot tub was pretty cool!

· playing Guitar Hero World Tour with everyone
Check. This was such a blast! It was totally worth it for me to buy this. Watching the 5-year-old beat it out on the drums was fun! I refrained from putting the video on with Lauren singing. For everyone's sake, and the sake of her embarrassment. It was awful!!!!

Alli is the bomb on the bass!:

Cutest drummer ever!:
(Yes Taylor, I know you're thinking "what about me?!" or "check out that good looking guy in the gray shirt!" I know you all too well.)

· Ham
Check. Love the big dinners!
· Nativity Reenactment
Check. Interesting, like every year. It was fun with the new donkey, Sam.

Mary, Joseph, baby Jesus, and donkey:

The angel and shepherds:

· funeral potatoes
Check. I made sure this was on the menu one day. Basically one of my favorites!

Complete with the maid/cook:

· Martinelli's
Check. Can't have New Years Eve without it.

The picture is from Christmas, but you get the point:

· corny Christmas crackers with the awesome paper hats inside!
Check. Mom sprung a little this year! The hats were of a higher quality than tissue paper. :)

· having fun people to be with for New Years Eve
Check. Nuttall Nest and Christie Chrew. It doesn't get a whole lot better than that!
· fireworks
EPIC FAIL!! I forgot we're in Oklahoma now, not Texas. There wasn't a single fireworks stand in sight. It was thoroughly depressing. Next time I think we'll plan ahead and make the drive to the Texas border and get the big stuff (who cares if it's illegal?!).
· spending 12+ hours New Years Day watching the bowl games with Tay
Semi Check. Many hours were spent in front of the TV, but we kinda got distracted during the games and would walk out of the room and do other things. It didn't help that most of Tay's teams he was rooting for, or against, ended up the opposite of what he would've liked. That made it not so much fun!
· slumber parties in the upstairs bedroom
Check. 7 people on 2 double beds. We all quickly became cuddle buddies!

Ok, so we're totally faking it (as evidenced by Cade's face). But this is really what it looked like every night. We had to capture it on film!:

· Jungle Uno
Check. One of the few games I can sit down and play for hours!
· an awesome breakfast Christmas morning
Check. Mom and Dad come through every year!
· Mom's cooking!
Check. It's always nice when someone cooks for you. And especially when it's always good!
· Christmas jello
Check.

· giving the best present I've probably ever given
CHECK!! I made a DVD of the Nuttall/Christie Family Escapades. It was basically a big slide show of tons of things over the last couple of years we've done together. With a bunch of videos thrown in here and there. And it really was a movie, it was 1 hr and 15 min long! Pictures from Disney World, Christmases, and many other fun things we've done together. And definitely the boating. Here's my tubing video, it's actually just the section with the wipeouts. That's the good stuff anyways, right? Too bad the clips came from a digital camera so the picture is very low quality. But you still get to see the awesomeness of it!

· 12 Days of Christmas puzzle that we put together in just a few hours
Check for AD. She got it out and her and Leah worked on it. I did not participate this year. Not sure why, I guess I was just busy doing other fun things!

· watching everyone open their presents and just the joy of Christmas morning
Check. It's so much fun to watch little kids on Christmas.

· going to the zoo
Check. And I didn't toss my cookies this time!

Gotta have the pictures on the statues:

Well, we did a good job!! I was truly satisfied with my vacation!

The Office Calendar:
Jan 7th: "My girlfriend and I broke up recently and I must say I am relieved. Gives me a chance to sow my wild oats. In the Schrute family, we have a tradition where when the male has sex with another women he is rewarded with a bag of wild oats, left on his doorstep by his parents. You can use those oats to make oatmeal, bread, whatever you want. I don't care, they're your oats." -Dwight
Jan 8th: "Ladies and gentlemen, I have some bad news. Meredith was hit by a car. . . . It happened this morning in the parking lot. I took her to the hospital. The doctors tried to save her life, they did the best that they could . . . and she is going to be okay." -Michael
